The Night Manager Will Have A Season 2, Tom Hiddleston Back

Prime Video should pick up the spy drama.

Before being Loki on Disney+, Tom Hiddleston was The Night Manager. The spy series will have a sequel, seven years later. In preparation for many years, this season 2 will finally see the light of day, via Amazon and the BBC (in Great Britain), announcing the Deadline, which specifies that production will begin by the end of the year. A season 3 would even be already in the pipes.

David Farr, who wrote Season 1 in its entirety, is said to be back writing.

Above all, Tom Hiddleston would return to play Jonathan Pine, night manager of a luxury hotel in Cairo and former British soldier, recruited by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to infiltrate a group of arms traffickers. Season 2 would pick up in the present day.

Note that the original novel by John le Carré was completely covered by the first season and that this sequel will therefore have to tell a whole new story.

This season 2 of The Night Manager should not be released before 2024 on Prime Video in France. Remember that season 1 was broadcast by AMC in the United States and by France 3 at the time here.
