Paramount Is Preparing Another Transformers Movie, Apart, Out of the Main Universe
A kind of spin-off, written by the writer of the Netflix series Daredevil.
Robots have a future! A new Transformers movie, yet another, is in the works at Paramount. And the project is already moving forward as the studio has hired director Angel Manuel Soto (who will soon be making the fantasy film Blue Beetle for Warner) and Netflix Daredevil series writer Marco Ramirez to lead the project.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, this will be an independent film – therefore not directly linked to the previous franchise – and which will be developed outside the main universe of Transformers. He will always continue, for his part with another director, Stephen Caple Jr. ( Creed II ), who will be the seventh in the franchise following the five films of Michael Bay and the spin-off Bumblebee (of Travis Knight).

Historic Transformers producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura is expected to be involved to some extent in this cinematic spin-off, as are executives at Hasbro. We don’t know much more, but it confirms that Paramount is not done with its saga which has already grossed almost $ 5 billion at the global box office.
