Liam Neeson to Star as Detective Philip Marlowe From Raymond Chandler’s Novels
In October 2021, the filming of a detective thriller called “Marlow” will begin, which has been in progress since 2017. 62-year-old American producer Gary Levinson (Saving Private Ryan, 12 Monkeys) collaborates with director Neil Jordan. The 71-year-old Oscar winner has directed the thrillers Byzantium and In the Embrace of Lies, the fantasy horror Interview with the Vampire, and the dramedy Breakfast on Pluto.
William Monaghan (the Kingdom of Heaven, The Departed) is responsible for the script for Marlowe. The plot of the tape is based on the events of the detective novel of the American and twice Oscar nominee Raymond Chandler, who died in 1959.

Liam Neeson, a 69-year-old Briton, has been assigned the leading role, the star of the crime drama Les Miserables, the military drama Schindler’s List, the thriller Three Days to Escape, and other films. The actor will play the famous detective for hire Philip Marlowe. A new client of the hero becomes a lady from high society, looking for her former lover.
