John Wick 4, the Official Duration Revealed: the Action With Keanu Reeves is Close to Three Hours!

After the release of the new John Wick 4 trailer, the so-called ‘Wick Week’ gives fans juicy new previews of the next episode of the action saga starring Keanu Reeves, with Collider which in these hours has unveiled a preview of its official duration.

The site has confirmed that Keanu Reeves’ John Wick 4 will last 2 hours and 49 minutes, not only a monstrous amount for action but also a record for the film saga: previously, the record for ‘duration’ of the franchise John Wick was held by the previous episode, John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum of 2019, which, however, only went to 2 hours and 11 minutes; previously, Parabellum had beaten two hours and two minutes of Chapter 2 of 2017, with the first episode of 2014 which instead stopped at 1 hour and 41 minutes. This fourth episode wants to overdo it, reaching almost three hours in duration: How many enemies will John Wick be able to kill in this amount of time?

John Wick: Chapter 4 will pick up right after the events of Chapter 3 – Parabellum, with Wick and The Bowery King (Laurence Fishburne) teaming up to bring down the leadership of the High Table. Also returning with Reeves and Fishburne are Ian McShane and Lance Reddick, respectively as the owner of the New York Continental Hotel Winston and his loyal concierge Charon. Among the new entries are Hiroyuki Sanada, Donnie Yen, Bill Skarsgård, Shamier Anderson, and Scott Adkins.

John Wick 4 will be released on March 24, with the saga continuing in the TV series The Continental and the spin-off Ballerina starring Ana de Armas.
