Captain America: New World Order, What Will Be the Role of the Winter Soldier?

After anticipating the first love story for Sam Wilson in Captain America New World Order, the well-known Cosmic Circus portal has released many new rumors about the next Marvel Cinematic Universe film, for which the start date of filming is getting closer.
