Andrew Garfield Becomes Musical Genius in Tick Tock Boom!
American video service “Netflix” has published the first trailer for the biographical musical drama “Tick, Tock Boom!” The film, on which Lin-Manuel Miranda (“Dark Principles”, “House Doctor”) is working, is a film adaptation of the musical autobiography of the composer and playwright Jonathan Larson.
The action musical “Tick-tock, boom!” is set in 1990 in New York. John works as a waiter in a cafe, but his true calling is to compose music. The guy is working on the musical “Superboy”, which he thinks should be a hit. At the same time, the hero, who is trying with all his might to escape from poverty on the threshold of his 30th birthday, has problems in his personal life.
The dramatic musical stars Andrew Garfield (Breathe for Us), Vanessa Hudgens (High School Musical), Bradley Whitford (Call of the Wild), and Judith Light (Law & Order).
Earlier, reported that director Seth MacFarlane would shoot a serial prequel to the comedy dilogy “The Third Extra”.
